We're off to North Wales for the Summer Expedition, staying at a 12-acre ‘woodland’ campsite on the edge of Caernarfon and the Snowdonia National Park.
It is ideally situated for us to offer a wide range of activities throughout the 8 days – planned activities include: walking The Snowdon horseshoe, coasteering, climbing, abseiling, sea fishing, a mountain scramble, mountain biking, SPLATT!, beach day and a dinner party

The 22nd World Scout Jamboree will be hosted by Sweden in 2011 and will take place from 27th July to 7th August. Based on the theme ‘Simply Scouting’ the Jamboree will be held on the fields of Rinkaby, not far from the town of Kristianstad, in the province of Skåne, southern Sweden. August.
Many thousands of young people will camp, live and work alongside each other for 10 days and will come from a variety of different cultures, backgrounds, and religions. Together they will celebrate what unites them and learn what they can do together to help build a better world.
Cambridgeshire will soon be looking for applications for up to 36 young people aged between 14 and 17 to join the UK contingent - so WATCH THIS SPACE for more info.
